Once an order is placed, any add-ons will be handled as a new order. Prices

| Returns and Claims |

- All claims for shortages must be made within 2 business days of receiving order.
- All returns must receive prior authoriztion before returingin and may be subject to a resotcking fee.
- Returns will only be authorized for defective or incorrect merchandise.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- Return authorizations are valid for 30 days.

| We understand that the competition in our industry is fierce. Large or competitive orders can be submitted for special
pricing. These prices will be good for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated and are subject to product availability.

| Samples |

| Samples are available upon request and can be purchased at regular prices. Blank samples are returnable (with proper return
authorization) within thirty (30) days of receipt. |

| Terms |

- Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
- COD, Company Check: All new customers will be invoiced COD. Company check (business checks only)
basis until our credit department receives and approves the completed Net 30 application.
- Net 30: Open account terms are granted to customers based upon previous sales history and appropriate credit references.
Financial statements may be required. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms at any time.
- Returned Checks: All returned checks, for any reason, will cause the account to be charged a bank charge of $25.00.
- Freight: FOB Lilburn, Georgia. Subject to change without notice.

| Artwork Specifications |

Our art templates are setup in Adobe Illustrator 10.0 on MacInstosh computers. We accept artwork in the
following formats:
- Adobe illustrator
- Macromedia Freehand
- Corel Draw
- Adobe Photoshop
JPEG, BMP, GIF, PICT, and TIFF images cannot be used as submitted and require redrawing
into vector format (line art). Additional charges may apply for redrawing. If you must end any of these formats,
please send bland and white images to size at 600 DPI resolution.
A hard copy of art MUST be submistted for disk or emai files, which can be sent with PO, fax, or email.
Convert type to outline, paths, or curves, or include necssary files.
Includce all placed grphic files and place images as separate linked ifles and not embedded.
In order to avoid confustion please send only necessary files.

| Setup Charges |
 |
- All prices are based on a ONE LOCATIOn embroidery or ONE LOCATIOn - 1 COLOR imprint.
- Embroidered prices are based on logos up to 5000 stitches. Setup charges a- $80.00 - 100.00 per logo.
- Setup charges for imprinted items are $35.00 per color. Additional charges apply to merchandise'
(per garment) with additional imprint colors or imprint locations.
